              Copy Kids is a video formatted with the thought from Dr. Jay Gordon that kids will emulated what they see on tv.  With all of the influences from fast food restaurants and junk food companies. I found this video to be a breathe of fresh air.  Kids love to copy other and if we show them healthy choices,  we are giving them the tools to make healthy choices! 

           From the time my kids were born I've made a conscious effort to provide them with healthy food choices.  My kids aren't picky at all but this video would be a great tool for those of you who have kids who are reluctant to try new foods.  Not to mention this video is so cute.  All of the kiddos are adorable and their laughter is contagious!                      My kids and I loved the movie!  It also provided a situation for a conversation about our favorite fruits and veggies.  We discussed colors and textures.  At the end of the video, my kids were eager for a trip to our local farmers market to load up on some fruits and veggies!!
