Introducing The Well Daily & Free Flip Flops!

           The Well Daily is a community inspired by 2 friends with the idea of creating and sharing information on how to live well! Right now there is a great article about the health benefits from including figs in your diet.  While reading the article, I discovered figs contain more fiber than any other fruit or vegetable! So good to know,  because I have been looking for ways to increase my fiber intake!  The Well Daily is a great source of information! I love to browse through while relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning!
