  • Gluten Free
  • Dairy Free
  • Soy Free
  • Nut Free

  • Certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) seal

Rudi's Bakery makes gluten free:
  • Original, Multi grain, and Cinnamon Raisin Bread
  • Multi grain hamburger and hot dog buns
  • Pizza Crust

I was sent a several items to sample.  My kids loved the cinnamon raisin bread.    I made toast with it for breakfast and they gobbled it up.   My kids and I didn't notice a change in flavor, although the texture of the bread was a little bit more dense than regular bread.   I've read all the information about the effects gluten can have on your body.  I would gladly change  to Rudi's Gluten free products.  You know you have a great product, when it is healthy for you and tastes delicious.  The cinnamon and raisins made the bread a nice treat.

When I received my samples in the mail, I put them all in the freezer.     It was nice to have them on hand instead of driving 20 miles to the grocery store, when I ran out.   With 4 kids you can imagine bread doesn't last long around here.   I kept the bread in the refrigerator after opening and it stayed fresh for several days.   The pizza crusts were convenient also. They are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.  I topped with pizza sauce and mozzarella. The crust was the perfect texture, not chewy at all.   They are the size of a small plate.   One pack of 2 pizza crusts fed my four kids.   Weather you have someone in your family who suffers from Celiac Disease or you just try to avoid gluten. Rudi's Bakery products are a tasty alternative to regular bread products.   If you would like to learn more, you can visit Rudi's Gluten Free Bakery website.

It was the only bread our son was comfortable with taking to school to eat a sandwich on previously he was teased for how his bread looked.
