Prenatal Pilates, contains a warm up, 4 workouts and a cool down. Each of the workouts focus on a specific level of fitness and incorporates a mat,light weights, resistance band, or a stability ball.
Depending on how my body is feeling, determines the length of my workout. The setting of the dvd and the tone of Dale's voice relaxed me. I love the way each excercise is explained before you start.
