                                  Prenatal Pilates with Dale Shea~ is a great work out for anyone.   Dale Shea,  owns a Pilates studio on Long Island, New York.  She is a graduate from The George Washington University with a degree in Exercise science.   Dale is also a certified Pilates instructor through the PhysicalMind Institute.   Her 10+ year of experience provides a wealth of knowledge to give  you a safe and effective workout!

                           Prenatal Pilates, contains a warm up, 4 workouts and a cool down.   Each of the workouts focus on a specific level of fitness and incorporates a mat,light weights, resistance band, or a stability ball.

                    Depending on how my body is feeling,  determines the length of my workout.   The setting of the dvd and the tone of Dale's voice relaxed me.   I love the way each excercise is explained before you start.   I felt prepared and ready for my workout.   My favorite workout was workout #4 with the stability ball.   Since the birth of my last child,   I suffered some nerve damage that has thrown my balance off.    After just a few days of completing the Prenatal Pilates workout,  I could start to see a difference in my balance and posture.
