This Butterhorn didn't last to long at my house! In between the layers is a perfect blend of cinnamon and walnuts. They give a slightly crunchy texture to the soft delicate butterhorn. The rolled technique keeps the inside soft like a cookie, while the outside becomes caramelized and flaky, during the baking process. .
